PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a probe block with a shock-absorbing member is provided to resolve a problem of uneven flatness and left-right parallelism of a pressurized surface and an unprocessed surface occurring in an installation process of a body block in an insertion groove. CONSTITUTION: An unprocessed elastic member is installed into an insertion groove formed in the front end of a body block of a probe block which is electrically in contact through a tap IC with a panel which is a test target (S10). The unprocessed shock-absorbing member is inserted into the insertion groove formed in the front end of the body block and is planarized to make the end of the unprocessed shock-absorbing member pressurizing a part in which the tap IC is in contact with the panel have uniform flatness and left-right parallelism(S20).
