PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a clamp terminal for a heating film is provided to have the excellent contact ratio between the copper wire of a cable and the connection portion of a cable connection part because the copper wire of the cable is not to be separated toward the outside of the cable connection part and to pass horizontally and linearly through the inside of a cable connection space formed inside of the connection portion. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a clamp terminal for a heating film comprises: a step of obtaining the cable connection part(110) by bending a metal plate of a rectangular shape so that both end parts contact in a state of forming a central part in a C shape; a step of compressing a cylindrical metal pipe(170) in order to form a cross section into a cylindrical shape; a step of inserting the one side of the cable connection part into the internal space(171) of the metal pipe of which the cross section is compressed in an elliptic shape; a step of compressing the metal pipe in a state in which the one side of the cable connection part is inserted into the internal space of the metal pipe; a step of forming a terminal connection hole(150) by penetrating the metal pipe in the up and down direction in a state of inserting the one side of the cable connection part. |
