<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calculate a resistance value of a base metal in a resistance welding control device using a table electrode. <P>SOLUTION: In the resistance welding control device 1, prior to welding, an electrode reference resistance value R1 when an upper electrode 15 is brought into contact with a voltage detection line connecting portion 16a of the table electrode 16 is calculated. A distance from the voltage detection line connecting portion 16a of the table electrode 16 to a welding portion is input in a state where the upper electrode 15 is moved into contact with the welding portion of the table electrode 16 and pressurized while the base metal being set therebetween, and an electrode correction resistance value Ra is calculated from a function of the distance from the voltage detection line connecting portion 16a and the resistance value. Power is supplied to between the electrodes to start welding, and an interelectrode resistance value R2 is calculated, and (base metal resistance value Rw)=(interelectrode resistance value R2)-(electrode reference resistance value R1)-(electrode correction resistance value Ra) is calculated.
