<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic functional element having such a memory property that even when an application of a voltage is stopped, color development is suitably maintained for a given period. <P>SOLUTION: The element includes an electrolyte layer comprising an electrolyte containing an amine compound and an electrochromic layer containing a conductive polymer showing electrochromism, formed between a pair of electrodes. The amine compound is suitably selected from triethylene tetramine, m-xylene diamine, metaphenylene diamine, methylamine, diethylamine, trimethylamine, ethylamine, diethylamine, triethylamine, tetramethylethylene diamine, hexamethylene diamine, ethanolamine, diethanolamine, triethanolamine and tetraethylene pentamine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
