<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of easily checking required information in detail when browsing medical images without adding a special function to the display device of the medical images and without the need of excess operations when browsing recorded medical images. <P>SOLUTION: An in-vivo image based on in-vivo information indicating tissue inside a subject is generated. Also, an information processing means generates an incidental information image based on incidental information including at least one of information on the subject and information on an inspection. Also, the information processing means executes information processing of reducing the in-vivo image and the incidental information image respectively and generating a first reduced image corresponding to the in-vivo image and a second reduced image corresponding to the incidental information image.
