This decorative film (1) is provided with: a display region (a1) that is provided directly or indirectly to the display surface (21) of a display device (2), is the central region, and has a light transmittance such that is possible to view the display surface from the outside; and a decorative region (a2) that is the outer peripheral section of the display region and that is for decorating the display surface. The decorative film (1) is provided with: a base layer (11) containing an insulating resin substrate provided to the decorative region; a decorative pattern layer (12) formed at the primary surface of the base layer; and a light transmissive layer (13) provided to the space that is enclosed by the decorative pattern layer and the base layer and that is the at least the display region.
