<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a change of a serration angle under a post-crimping condition. <P>SOLUTION: In this crimp terminal, a conductor crimp part crimped and connected to a conductor of a terminal of an electric wire is formed of a bottom plate, and a pair of conductor caulking pieces extending upward from both right and left edges of the bottom plate and caulking the conductor arranged on an inner face of the bottom plate to surround it into an almost U-shaped cross section. A recess-shaped serration is provided on the inner face of the conductor crimp part. A large number of circular recess parts 20 are scattered on the inner face of the conductor crimp part as recess-shaped serrations while they are isolated from each other. A diameter d of an inner bottom face 21 of the recess part 20 of each circle is set to 0.15±0.04 mm to 0.8±0.04 mm. A serration angle θ formed by an extension face 21a of the inner bottom face 21 of the recess part 20 of each circle and an inside face 22 is set to 60°-90°, and a shortest distance b between peripheral edges of the circular recess parts 20 adjacent to each other is set to 0.17±0.09 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
