<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motion guide device having excellent sealability in which lubricant is hardly leaked. <P>SOLUTION: The linear motion guide device includes a holder 8 which holds a plurality of cylindrical rollers 3 in a rolling manner in a rolling element rolling passage 13. An opening part 33 is formed in the holder 8, and the plurality of cylindrical rollers 3 are accommodated and held in the opening part 33. The holder 8 has an endless seal part 40 surrounding the periphery of the opening part 33. In the seal part 40, an inward lip 40a which extends toward a guide rail 1 while being inclined inward of the opening part 33, and is brought into slidable contact with the guide rail 1 is continuously formed over the entire periphery of the seal part 40.
