<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw conveyor device having a simple structure and easily manufactured, without causing powder to be stagnated and deposited even in the lowest position portion of a bottom wall in a case section and a peripheral wall rising in the vicinity of the lowest position portion. <P>SOLUTION: A screw conveyor device 1a, 1b, 1c includes: a casing 10 which is long in one direction with the cross section including a semicircular bottom 16 and which includes an input port 12 and an output port 14 for powder and granular materials; a screw conveyor 30 for conveying the powder and granular materials, including a screw blade 34 rotatably provided coaxially with a longitudinal axis of the casing; a recess 50 which is provided in a recessed manner continuously with a casing wall while deviating from a semicircular locus 35 of the casing in a section in the semicircular bottom 16 of the casing 19, which is provided in a recessed manner in a long groove shape along the axial direction, and into which the powder and granular materials during conveyance or after conveyance flows; and an air blowing device 70 blowing off the powder and granular materials in the recess toward the output port 14 side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
