<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory making toy from which accessories full of amusement can be made, by housing a plurality of types of parts in a case. <P>SOLUTION: In a first placing member 31, a first plate 53 with first accessory parts 531 held therein is placed and, in a second placing member 32, a second plate 54 with second accessory parts 541 held therein is placed. By rotating the first plate 53 and the second plate 54, desired first accessory parts 531 and second accessory parts 541 can be selected and positioned in a common region 22.
