<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing an acidic aqueous solution of heparin, which prepares a sterile catheter lock solution having anticoagulant property without requiring much labor when used and a storage container for medical treatment, which is a preparation and preservation container for preparing and preserving the aqueous solution of heparin, hardly loses anticoagulant activity even in long-term preservation and has bacteriostatic effect and consequently suppresses bacterium proliferation even by mixing bacteria. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method for preparing an acidic aqueous solution of heparin includes holding an aqueous solution of heparin in a room and an acidic aqueous solution in another room, isolating both the solutions, preserving or thermally sterilizing the solutions, mixing both the solutions just before using a catheter lock liquid or after thermal sterilization and before the use so as to suppress deactivation of heparin under an acidic condition.
