<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reducing agent supply device capable of inhibiting a drop in efficiency of No<SB POS="POST">x</SB>purifying reaction even if a flow rate of exhaust gas rapidly increases, and an exhaust gas purifying apparatus including the device. <P>SOLUTION: The reducing agent supply device 10 includes a front end plate 31 and a rear end plate 32 being two SUS-made plates, and a porous elastic sheet 33 and a non-porous elastic sheet 34 interposed between the front end plate 31 and the rear end plate 32. The porous elastic sheet has elastic characteristics wherein the sheet is compressed in its thickness direction by applying such force that the front end plate 31 and the rear end plate 32 come closer to each other and it is restored when application of the force ceases. The sheet can absorb urea water as it contains numerous fine pores inside. When the porous elastic sheet 33 is compressed while the urea water is absorbed in the fine pores, the urea water is ejected from the pores. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
