<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device capable of reducing the leakage of magnetic flux to a harmless level. <P>SOLUTION: The charging device includes: a main body case 8; and a charge coil 10 disposed beneath an upper face 9 of the main body case 8. The bottom of the charge coil 10 is covered by a bottom face 14 of a magnetic member 13 up to an external face 15 of the main body case 8. An external face 16 of the magnetic member 13 reaches the periphery of the upper face 9 of the main body case 8.
