<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushing device capable of suppressing the temperature in the crushing device from rising, and obtaining a crushed article with higher manufacturing performance. <P>SOLUTION: In the crushing device, a rotor 20 which has a refrigerant channel 21 inside, and is rotationally driven about the shaft center of a casing 2 includes: a first crushing part equipped with a pin hammer 20Ga on the outer circumference; and a second crushing part equipped with an uneven part 20Gb on the outer circumference. The uneven part 20Gb of the second crushing part is divided by a notched part 24.
