<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging device capable of accurately preventing erroneous detection of irradiation start of radiation due to vibrations and pressure fluctuation applied to the device, when detecting the irradiation start of the radiation by the device itself. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation imaging device 1 includes a pressure sensor 42 for detecting a pressure applied to the device and a vibration sensor 43 for detecting vibrations applied to the device. Control means 22 makes read processing of leak data dleak be executed for converting electric charges q that have leaked from respective radiation detection elements 7 to the leak data dleak through each switch means 8 in the state of applying an OFF voltage to respective scanning lines 5 from scanning drive means 15 and turning each switch means 8 to an OFF state before radiation imaging, and determines whether or not the irradiation of the radiation is started on the basis of the read leak data dleak and the fluctuation of the pressure and the magnitude S of the vibrations detected by the pressure sensor 42 and the vibration sensor 43. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
