<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube end inspection device which can automatically inspecting both dimensional accuracy and a state of a processed surface about a processed part of a tube end part and enables the entire inspection device to be compact so as to enable inline. <P>SOLUTION: The tube end inspection device inspects a tube end processed part of a tube 2 whose end part is processed. The tube end inspection device includes a laser displacement meter 42 for measuring the shape of a tube end processed part, an imaging device 62 for photographing the surface of the tube end processed part, and a rotary table (going-round means) for making a laser beam spot of the laser displacement meter 42 and a focal point of the imaging device 62 go around along a circumferential direction of the tube end processed part by moving the laser displacement meter 42 and the imaging device 62 along the circumferential direction of the tube end processed part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
