<p>A method and apparatus for allocating resources in a wireless communication system is provided. A Base Station (BS) allocates persistent resources in a Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) region to a Mobile Station (MS), changes a location of the HARQ region, changes location of persistent resources in the HARQ region to location of persistent resources in a new HARQ region, and allocates the persistent resource to the MS. The new HARQ region is the location-changed HARQ region.</p> |
