<p>PURPOSE: A control method of a dehumidification and humidification complex device is provided to supply agreeable indoor environment by simultaneously supplying dehumidification and humidification according to a situation and to drive a ventilation fan for a predetermined time after stopping dehumidification operation. CONSTITUTION: A control method of a dehumidification and humidification complex device comprises a dehumidification driving step(S1), a determining step(S3), a stopping step(S9), and an operating step(S11). Dehumidification driving is started in the dehumidification driving step. Whether the dehumidification driving is stopped or not is determined in the determining step. A compressor is stopped in order to stop the dehumidification in the stopping step when the dehumidification driving is determined to be stopped. A ventilation fan is operated for predetermined times in the operating step.
