PURPOSE: A formula feed is provided to increase the egg production of poultry, and to be able to produce eggs with an excellent shell color and high marketability. CONSTITUTION: A formula feed for poultry comprises 100 parts by weight of fermentation composition; 2-10 parts by weight of methionine, taurine and their mixture; and 2-10 parts by weight of red pepper seeds. The fermentation composition is manufactured by mixing 10-50 weight% of food waste, 10-60 weight% of soil microorganism cultivates in which fallen leave rotting fungi are cultivated in rice bran, and 5-70 weight% of vegetable fiber material containing rice bran and mushroom culture media at a weight ratio of 1:1, and fermenting naturally. A feed additive for poultry includes a fermentation composition naturally fermented with further including 1-10 weight% of acetoaminophen. The formula feed for poultry includes 30-70 parts by weight of the feed additive for poultry to 100 parts by weight of the formula feed for poultry.
