PURPOSE: A processing method of rice hull extract tea is provided to minimize the unique smell of rice hulls and bitter taste. CONSTITUTION: Rice hulls are thoroughly cleaned, dehydrated, and dried by force in a dryer. The dried rice hulls are put into a stainless container in which the bottom is made of a stainless net. After a stainless water container with a heater is filled with water and the stainless container having the rice hulls is placed over the stainless water container, the stainless container and the stainless water container are combined by using a locking device so as to prevent the leakage of steam. Effective components are extracted with the stem generated when boiling the water by heating the stainless water container. A brown mixed extract is filtered to remove foreign substances. The water amount filled in the stainless water container with a heater is 10 times bigger than the weight of rice hulls.
