PURPOSE: A stapler is provided to safely and easily work without injury of an operator by supplying a staple through a transfer pipe installed inside a support unit. CONSTITUTION: A stapler(10) comprises a staple(1), a shelf(20), a leg unit(30), a support unit(11), a guide(12), a transfer unit(13), a striking unit(14), and a driving unit. The stapler is mounted on the shelf. The leg unit supports the shelf from a lower part and supplies the staple in the inside. The support unit fixes the staple with a non-product. The guide guides the staple to the rear side of the support unit. The transfer unit combines with the guide and transfers the staple by pushing to the upper side. The striking unit strikes the staple transferred to the transfer unit. The driving unit drives the transfer unit and transfers the staple to the upper side.
