PURPOSE: An AC load control device and an apparatus including the load control device are provided to improve convenience by controlling the apparatus according to a usage environment. CONSTITUTION: One terminal of an AC load is connected to one terminal of a commercial AC input power source. The other terminal of the AC load includes a bridge rectifier circuit block(1) and a drive power circuit block(2). The other terminal detects current and includes a switching control circuit block(3). The drive power circuit block includes a drive power energy tank circuit. The drive power energy tank circuit serially connects a diode and a condenser.
