SEPARATOR, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND FUEL CELL INCLUDING THE SEPARATOR

PURPOSE: A gasket integrated bipolar plate for a fuel cell is provided to prevent the thinning of the bipolar plate due to the formation of grooves as formation of separate gasket grooves is not required, and to reduce the damage possibility of gaskets. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a bipolar plate(200) for a fuel cell comprises: a step of aligning a printing plate made of meshes on a frame(210); a step of aligning a conductive sheet below the printing plate; a step of maintaining the temperature of the conductive sheet at 50-100 deg. C; a step of supplying source materials to the printing plate and the conductive sheet, and supplying on the frame; and a step of forming gaskets(222, 223) by curing the source materials supplied to the frame. The source materials supplied to the frame is cured from the outside by heat transferred from the conductive sheet.
