<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing device for fire detectors, even when fire detectors having same appearance or similar appearance are mixed and have different characteristics respectively, capable of performing a test without changing the setting or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A testing device 1 for fire detectors according to the present invention performs an operation test for a plurality of types of fire detectors in which detectable blinking frequency bands are partially overlapped, by causing a light emitting section 3 as simulated fire light to emit light. The testing device includes a light emission control section 5 for controlling the light emission of the light emitting section 3. The light emission control section 5 controls the light emitting section 3 to emit light at such a blinking frequency and light emitting intensity that any fire detector of the plurality of types of fire detectors can determine fire. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
