摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately extract a target site from a non-contrast tomographic image and to three-dimensionally display the same. <P>SOLUTION: In a three-dimensional image generation part 20, a three-dimensional image is generated by laminating a plurality of non-contrast tomographic images in which a body including the target site is imaged without using a contrast medium. In a processing area setting part 22, a processing area is set on the basis of a bone area projection image in which a bone area is extracted from the three-dimensional image and MIP is applied to the bone area by prescribed number of pieces. In a pixel value correction part 24, the range WIDE of pixel values indicating the target site is set on the basis of foresight information from a histogram of the pixel values inside the processing area, the pixel values within the WIDE are shifted to a high luminance side and corrected by applying a transmission function for enlarging the range of the pixel values after correction. Labeling is performed for each area in which pixels having the corrected pixel values indicating the target site are connected in a labeling processing part 26, the area to which the label to be the maximum pixel number is imparted is extracted as an area indicating the target site, and the extracted area is three-dimensionally displayed in a display control part 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
