PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power control device that properly controls suppression of output to which the intention of a driver is reflected when an accelerator operation and a brake operation are performed at the same time.

SOLUTION: The vehicle power control device 1 includes: an accelerator operation part to receive an output adjustment operation of a drive power of the vehicle; a brake operation part to receive a braking operation of a braking device; an accelerator operation amount detection means 20 for detecting an operation amount of the accelerator operation part; a brake operation force estimation means for estimating an operation force of the brake operation part; and an output suppression control means 10 for suppressing an output of the drive power regardless of a state of the accelerator operation part, when a state continues for a predetermined time or longer in which the operation amount of the accelerator operation part is greater than or equal to a predetermined accelerator threshold, and the operation force estimated by the brake operation part is greater than or equal to a predetermined brake threshold.
