<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection jig capable of obtaining a highly reliable inspection result. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided an inspection jig 10 applied to an inspection device connected to a detection electrode 102 for inspecting an electrostatic capacity sensor sheet 100 having the detection electrode 102, which comprises: a mounting table 11 which has a recess 13 causing an air layer between the electrostatic capacity sensor sheet 100 and the mounting table 11 on which the electrostatic capacity sensor sheet 100 is mounted; columnar parts 15 which are disposed inside the recess 13 and supports the electrostatic capacity sensor sheet 100 at a position overlapping with the detection electrode 102 when viewed from the thickness direction of the electrostatic capacity sensor sheet 100 mounted on the mounting table 11; a pusher 17 which is pushed to the electrostatic capacity sensor sheet 100 so that the detection electrode 102 is sandwiched between the columnar parts 15 electrically connected to the inspection device; and adhesion means for adhering one surface in the thickness direction of the electrostatic capacity sensor sheet 100 to the columnar parts 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
