<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road data generation device, a road data generation method, and a program, which are capable of highly precisely specifying a link on a map, the link corresponding to received road information. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of a matching table storing a link ID corresponding to a coordinate point string contained in road information received from a road information transmission system, the coordinate point string is converted into the link ID. In the case of the matching table not storing a link ID corresponding to road information received from the road information transmission system and if there is one candidate link that is a candidate of the link corresponding to the coordinate point string, it is converted into a link ID of the candidate link. If there are plural candidate links corresponding to a coordinate point string, it is converted into a link ID of a single candidate link on the basis of a coordinate shift pattern corresponding to a link ID stored in the matching table, among link IDs of links within a predetermined zone around the plural candidate links. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
