<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the absorptivity of a pharmaceutical material to the inside of a body by maintaining the solubility of a hardly dissolvable pharmaceutical material having a low solubility maintenance property over time to water for a long time, although up to now, in order to improve the solubility of the hardly dissolvable pharmaceutical material in water, the formation of solid dispersion by the hardly dissolvable pharmaceutical material with a polymer is performed, since among the hardly dissolvable pharmaceutical materials, there are the hardly dissolvable pharmaceutical materials which even show a high solubility once, showing a decrease in solubility over time. <P>SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical composition having a good absorptivity obtained by improving the solubility of the hardly dissolvable pharmaceutical material and also maintaining the solubility of the hardly dissolvable pharmaceutical material for a long time can be provided by preparing a solid dispersion comprising two kinds of polymers of an elution-improving polymer and a dissolution inhibitory polymer constituting the hardly dissolvable pharmaceutical material having a low solubility maintenance property. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
