PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a welding place and to simplify a finishing process of welding assembly of a steel-made door comprising an outer surface member, an inner surface member, and a reinforcing member.
SOLUTION: In a method of producing a steel-made door, the steel-made door comprises the outer surface member, inner surface member, and reinforcing member while bent parts are formed at least at three peripheral edge parts of a thin steel plate of 1.6-0.6 mm in thickness as a steel plate for door, the outer surface member is processed into a folded-back channel shape from L-shaped bent parts of the at least three peripheral edge parts so that a header face is included in the outer surface plate. Further, bent parts of at least three peripheral edges of the inner surface member are formed into L-shaped parts to form a blocking-member-like structure. Internal corner parts formed by making flat surfaces of the folded-back U-shaped parts of the bent parts of the outer surface member and tip parts of the inner surface member abut against each other are welded, and laser beam welding is used for deposition. A weld trace is left only on an interior-side abutting surface, texture breakage of a welded galvanized steel plate is minimized without using welding as much as possible, so as to provide the door which sufficiently exhibits rustproof performance that the welded galvanized steel plate has and hardly corrodes.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
