<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide glass for resin-glass composite transparent substrates whose dimensional changes by heat during TFT formation and normal use are small, and which can obtain a resin-glass composite transparent substrate excellent in transparency and reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The glass includes 60-80% SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, 0-10% Al<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, 15-25% B<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, 0-10% MgO, 0-10% CaO, 0-10% SrO, 0-10% BaO, 0-10% ZnO, 0-5% Li<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O, 0-5% Na<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O, 0-5% K<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O, 0-5% Li<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O+Na<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O+K<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O, 0-10% TiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, 0-10% ZrO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, by mass%, wherein the linear thermal expansion coefficient at 30-380°C is less than 40×10<SP POS="POST">-7</SP>/°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
