<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the abnormal wear of a rolling bearing, that is, the abnormal wear of an outer ring, an inner ring and cylindrical rollers. <P>SOLUTION: The rolling bearing with a seal includes the outer ring 41; the inner ring 50 disposed on the inner peripheral side of the outer ring 41; rolling elements 80 arranged between the outer ring 41 and the inner ring 50 and rolling with respect to these rings; a seal member 70 carrying out sealing between the outer ring 41 and the inner ring 50; and grease 85, 86 for carrying out lubrication between the outer ring 41 and the rolling elements 80 and lubrication between the inner ring 50 and the rolling elements 80. A part of the seal member 70 is composed of a heat shock part 73 formed by arranging at least two kinds of materials with different coefficients of linear expansion alternately in a circumferential direction and integrally forming these materials. A crack is formed between the two kinds of materials by repeatedly applied heat shocks, and this crack forms, in the heat shock part 73, a communicating passage 73a serving for communication between an internal space between the outer ring 41 and the inner ring 50, and an external space outside the outer ring 41 and the inner ring 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
