<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management device etc. which can charge an electric vehicle substantially without discharging carbon dioxide. <P>SOLUTION: A power management device 14 increases a counter value in response to charging an electric vehicle EV with system power supplied from a power system, retains a counter value when the electric vehicle EV is charged with power generated by a residential generating device 16, and decreases a counter value in response to discharge from the electric vehicle EV to a distribution panel 11. The electric vehicle EV discharges to the distribution panel 11 until the counter value reaches a predetermined target value. The target value is set to zero, and a total operation controller 108 causes the electric vehicle EV to discharge to the distribution panel 11 until the counter value reaches zero. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
