<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance rigidity of a drive plate while reducing influence of heat caused by welding the drive plate to the constituent members of a power transmission target or to a ring gear. <P>SOLUTION: The drive plate 10 is composed of a plate member 11 that is fixed to a crankshaft of an engine, and a ring gear member 12 that has a ring gear 120 on the outer circumference and is fastened to the plate member 11. The ring gear member 12 includes a plurality of fastening parts 122 that are fastened to the plate member 11, and a plurality of extension welding parts 123 that extend on a fluid transmission device 3 side and have a free end 123a that is welded to the outer circumference of the front cover 30 in the fluid transmission device 3.
