<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductor wire capable of simplifying a winding process onto a core and increasing the space factor of a coil regardless of the material of a constituent member and the shape of a slot. <P>SOLUTION: A conductor wire 4 for the coil of a rotary electric machine includes a conductor strand bundle 42 in which a plurality of conductor strands 41 are collected and a flexible insulation coating material 46 for coating the circumference of the conductor strand bundle 42. Inside the insulation coating material 46 in the radial direction, there is a space G in coating in which conductor strands 41 can relatively move to each other. The cross-sectional shape of the insulation coating material 46 can be deformed in an extended orthogonal plane orthogonal to the extension direction of the conductor strand bundle 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
