<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a destination or a passing point for route guidance by a device for vehicle to be easily set by a mobile device. <P>SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 2 displays a first map around a vehicle 1, transmits a second map to a mobile device 3 while the first map is displayed, and sets a destination or a passing point by an instruction signal for route guidance which is transmitted by the mobile device 3 displaying the second map.
