<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for adjusting handover parameters. <P>SOLUTION: The handover parameter adjusting device includes an area selection table for storing the geographic information or the information of wireless quality or the information of moving speed of mobile terminals for every combination of handover target cells, an area integration processing unit 10 detecting a combination of cells which are equivalent geographically or in which the wireless quality or the moving speed of mobile terminals are equivalent, and a set value determination unit 20 which determines the handover parameters collectively for the combination of cells thus detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
