<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of a method used for sealing an organic EL element that dehumidification material or a substance for removing moisture, e.g., an absorbent material, must be added to a sealing material or a step for protecting an element with a dehumidification protective film must be taken, in order to remove moisture that degrades the performance of the organic EL element, and to provide an organic EL element sealing material that does not require addition of a substance for removing the moisture. <P>SOLUTION: The problem is solved by an organic EL sealing material composed of a resin containing 30 mol% or more of repeating units represented by the following formula (1) (in the formula, R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl radical of 1-2C, and R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl radical of 1-3C). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
