<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anticounterfeit display that makes it hard to manufacture a counterfeit. <P>SOLUTION: A resin layer 3 on a film base material 1 includes asperities that extend at a fixed pitch of substantially 200 nm or less, the direction of which is macroscopically changed in the extension direction, and that has an amplitude of 100-300 nm. The surfaces of protruding parts have metal layers 2 with the thickness of 100-300 nm.
