<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens eye capable of preventing a decrease in resolution of a formed image, an LED head including the lens eye, an optical device including an LED head, and image forming measures and a reading device including the optical device. <P>SOLUTION: An optical device includes: an element part that has a plurality of light-emitting elements or a plurality of light-receiving elements; and a lens that has a first surface facing the element part and a second surface paired with the first surface, the central axis of the first surface being formed deviated from the central axis of the second surface by a predetermined length.
