<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor for tire rubber material allowing rapid reel replacement and rubber material connection in occurrence of starving. <P>SOLUTION: The conveyor for tire rubber material includes a material replenishment means 11 having the rubber material take-up reel 111 set at a send-out position, and a send-out roller 115 for sending out the rubber material from the reel toward the conveying downstream side to sequentially position the plurality of reels at the send-out position by turning of a replenishment base 112 turnable by a driving means, and a material unloading mechanism 12 for unloading a terminus of the rubber material from the send-out roller. The material unloading mechanism has an unloading roller 120, and a proximity switch 121 sensing descending of the unloading roller to output a drive signal to a rotational driving means. The proximity switch senses mobility shift of the unloading roller to shake down the terminus of the rubber material from the send-out roller by rotating the send-out roller and to position a new reel at the send-out position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
