<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient and efficient method of manufacturing a one-side open type envelope. <P>SOLUTION: The envelope 3 is manufactured by: a coating step of applying an adhesive 4a and 4b to three perimeters of a superposition part 1a of a unit envelope base sheet 1 having a superposition part 1a, a seal piece part 1b and a release part 1c, and the seal piece part 1b, and applying a release agent 5 to the release part 1c; an adhesion step of superposing the superposition part 1a of the unit envelope base sheet 1 on the superposition part 1a of a unit envelope upper sheet 2 of the same size and adhering together with the adhesive 4a applied to the three perimeters; a seal piece formation step of folding the release part 1c onto the seal piece part 1b, with the boundary between the seal piece part 1b and the release part 1c as the folded portion 6, and adhering together in a releasable way; and a folded portion removal step of cutting and removing the folded portion 6 in the boundary between the seal piece part 1b and the release part 1c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
