<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote size-reduction and improve economic efficiency of a sterilizing facility by directly introducing microbubbles of ozone having a specific dissolved concentration into a rearing aquarium for aquatic animals. <P>SOLUTION: Ozone-containing bubbles B are introduced into rearing water W of the rearing aquarium 2 for aquatic animals S. The ozone sterilizing facility is provided with an ozone-generator 3 for generating ozone, a bubble forming unit 4 for forming bubbles B containing ozone generated by the ozone-generation means 3, and a direct introduction unit 5 for introducing the bubbles B formed by the bubble forming unit 4 directly into the rearing water W of the rearing aquarium 2 in which the aquatic animals S are reared. The bubbles B contain microbubbles M having a median diameter L1 of ≥1 μm and ≤500 μm during formation, and the dissolved ozone concentration Z1 in the rearing water W is ≥0.05 mg/l and ≤0.50 mg/l. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
