NEGATIVE PRESSURE SUCTION HEAD FOR TRANSFERRING FUNCTIONAL FILM AND METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING FUNCTIONAL FILM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative pressure suction head 40 that drops a functional film 10 on the bottom 51 of a cell culture container 50 in a state in which no bubbles are present between the functional film 10 and the bottom 51 of the cell culture container 50 when the functional film 10 is transferred from an initial position to the cell culture container 50 using the negative pressure suction head 40.

SOLUTION: The suction surface 42 of the negative pressure suction head 40 includes inclined planes 42a and 42b inclined in the drop direction of the functional film 10. The sucked functional film 10 forms a downward protruding curved surface and drops toward the bottom 51 of the cell culture container 50. A part positioned at the lowermost portion of the functional film 10 lands first on the bottom 51 and then right and left regions land successively on the bottom 51. Consequently, air between the functional film 10 and the bottom 51 of the cell culture container 50 is effectively eliminated.
