<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sudden buckling collapse of a booster. <P>SOLUTION: This reinforcing structure to the booster 1 of a pipe structure arranged in a vacuum exhaust system of a vacuum degassing device, includes a plurality of reinforcing members 10 arranged at an interval along the axial direction of the booster 1 to an outer peripheral surface of a reinforcing object position X being a booster part which is presumably relatively more worn in the booster 1 and respectively extending in the peripheral direction of the booster, and is characterized in that the plurality of reinforcing members 10 have a strength structure capable of holding a shape of the reinforcing object position X even if the reinforcing object position X is thinly worn up to buckling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
