PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an inconsistency is generated in data as a 3D content and reproduction output cannot be performed normally since only 2D content part is updated when the 3D content which has been edited in 2D is reproduced in 3D.

SOLUTION: When there is an inconsistency as 3D content in information recorded on a recording medium, sub-play item reproduction time information of a dependent-view stream as a 3D content in a play list is corrected and reproduced so as to be consistent with reproduction time information of a play item of a base view stream.
