<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle analysis unit having high particle selectivity. <P>SOLUTION: The particle analysis device is configured such that labeled particles to be analyzed are sucked via a suspended capillary tube, and that a predetermined volume in the capillary tube is illuminated. Illumination diffused by the particles is detected by a detector for counting all the particles. The discharged fluorescent illumination is detected by the labeled particles, and output signals from a fluorescence detector and a diffusion detector are processed to analyze the particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
