PURPOSE: A data block transmitting method and a transmitter using the same are provided to apply in a wireless network environment and to prevent the waste of unnecessary channels. CONSTITUTION: A wireless device includes a processor(51), a memory(52) and an RF(Radio Frequency) unit. The processor implements a function of a transmitter, performs transmission or retransmission of a frame, and manages a retransmission counter. The memory stores a parameter for operating the processor inside or outside the processor and is connected with the processor. The RF unit transmits or receives a radio signal.
