HEAT RADIATION COMPOSITION AND HEAT SINK PRODUCT USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A heat-radiating composition is provided to have excellent heat-radiating performance, to prevent deterioration due to heat from an electric circuit, and to prevent loss of durability and loss of functions. CONSTITUTION: A heat-radiating composition comprises 10-95 wt% of a heat radiating composition and 5-90 wt% of a binder. The heat radiating composition comprises 2-99.9 wt% of a single crystalline/polycrystalline polysilicon, 0.08-70 wt% of Al2O3, 0.01-9 wt% of ZnO, and 0.01-1 wt% of additives. The single crystalline/polycrystalline polysilicon is a single crystalline/polycrystalline polysilicon particle. The particle diameter of the single crystalline/polycrystalline polysilicon particle is 0.1-400 micron. The additive is one or more selected from CoO, MgO, NiO, CuO, and AlN.
