PURPOSE: A treatment apparatus of whey wastewater using high voltage glow discharge is provided to oxidize whey wastewater by generating active species and injecting the active species into whey wastewater. CONSTITUTION: A treatment apparatus of whey wastewater using high voltage glow discharge includes an electro-activating unit(110), an oxidizing bath(120), a reaction/coagulation bath(130), a filtering bath(140), and an activated carbon filter(150). Reactive gas is introduced into or exhausted from the electro-activating unit through a first hole and a second hole. The oxidizing bath oxidizes whey wastewater by receiving active species through a pipe connected to the second hole of the electro-activating unit. The reaction/coagulation bath stores whey wastewater from the oxidizing bath and coagulates the whey wastewater. The filtering bath primarily filters the whey wastewater from the reaction/coagulation bath. The activated carbon filter secondarily filters the filtered liquid from the filtering bath.
